Our Mission
At Lift As You Climb, our mission is to empower individuals and families who face financial barriers to accessing legal resources and court-related services. As a Certified Paralegal Studies graduate, I am committed to giving back to my community by providing legal information, procedural guidance, and support to individuals seeking to navigate the court system on their own.
Our goal is to help individuals with limited or no income better understand the legal processes available to them, including preparing and filing eligible expunction petitions, nondisclosure petitions, divorce petitions, and other court-related documents. Through education, guidance, and access to valuable resources, we strive to help people become more confident in advocating for themselves and pursuing a better future.

Morgan Marshall is a Certified Paralegal Studies graduate from the University of Texas at Austin with a deep passion for community service and legal empowerment. Driven by a commitment to equity and access, she founded Lift As You Climb to bridge the gap between individuals in need and the legal resources that can change their lives.
Her work is rooted in the belief that every person — regardless of income — deserves to understand their legal rights and have access to the guidance they need to move forward with dignity and confidence.
